1. How can I order goods from FilStar online shop?
- Online – you can place your order anytime you want.
- By Phone – on number 0884 742 185 (from Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 17:00 PM)
2. Do I have to be a registered user if I want to place an online order?
It is not necessary to have a registration if you want to place an order. However, before the final step when placing your order we will request for your name, mobile number and e-mail. Econt courier company requires your name and mobile number in order to deliver your shipment. On your e-mail address you will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been processed and some additional information about its status change. Entering this data will not make you a registered user.
However, we recommend you making a registration as this will give you the option to track your orders in time and you won’t have to enter your personal information each time you place an order.
3. May I come to FilStar warehouse and purchase goods directly from there?
You can receive your order only via courier. Only retailers with fishing stores can purchase goods by visiting FilStar warehouse.
4. When will I receive my order?
Orders are being processed every day from Monday to Friday by 14:00 PM and are sent with next day delivery. If you have placed your order after 14:00 PM on a working day the order will be processed the following working day and you will receive it the day after.
5. How should I pay for my order?
You can pay your order to an employee of the courier company which delivers your shipment OR you can pay in the courier’s office in case you have requested your order to be delivered to an office. If you prefer paying via bank please state this in the field Comments when you finalize your order. We will issue an Invoice document which you will have to pay via bank transfer and after we receive confirmation for the transaction from the bank we will send you the order.
6. How much will be the delivery expenses?
If the total amount of your order is more than 150.00 levs the delivery to a courier’s office or to an address you choose will be free of charge.
For all orders with total amount below 150.00 levs the delivery expenses are fixed sum which is 4.00 levs for delivery to Econt office and 7.00 levs for delivery to an address. There is an exception for orders which include groundbaits and leads. In such cases we will contact the Client prior to sending the order and we will inform him/her if there will be a change in the delivery expenses.
7. Who will pay the delivery expenses in case I would like to return the purchased item or part of my ordered items.
The transport expenses for returning ordered items or some of the ordered items are on the client’s behalf. The shipment should be returned to the same address from which it was initially sent.
8. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order prior to receiving an e-mail that your order’s status has been changed to CONFIRMED. You can also cancel your order by calling 0884 742 185 from Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM to 17:00 PM.
