Shipping goods on the territory of Bulgaria.
The shipping of goods ordered from filstar.com is arranged by using the courier services of Econt Express.
The orders are processed and sent during the working days between Monday to Friday. The term for processing an order is 2 working days, although we do our best to organize the order as soon as possible.
Delivery address:
- You can request the shipping of your order to be sent to Econt courier office (To an Office) or to a particular address which will be convenient for you to meet the courier at (To a door). If you are a registered user in our website this information will be available within your profile by default, it will show the delivery information you have entered during your initial registration or you can change this in your profile later. The shipping address can be also changed before you finalize every new order.
Shipping cost:
- Shipping cost for orders below 150.00 BGN which are sent to Econt office (To an office) is a fixed sum – 4.90 BGN, which sum is added to the total amount of your order.
- Shipping cost for orders below 150.00 BGN which are sent to an address chosen by the Client (To a door) is a fixed sum - 7.00 BGN, which sum is added to the total amount of your order.
- For orders with total amount above 150.00 BGN the delivery is free of charge.
- There might be some exceptions (for instance, the transportation of boats, kayaks, groundbaits and leads) when we will additionally contact the Client to discuss the possible shipping options prior to sending the order.
Each order delivered by filstar.com is sent with the option “Review”. The client is obliged to check the content of the shipment and its compliance with the ordered goods (make sure that the shipment is not damaged during transportation and/or the package is not damaged/open) before signing the consignment note and paying the amount due. If the shipment is somehow damaged you should request a Protocol for damaged shipment by Econt courier.
If there is a problem with the shipment you should contact filstar.com to discuss the issue prior to accepting the shipment, signing the consignment note and paying the courier. If you can’t contact filstar.com you should state the reason for rejecting the shipment in the consignment note. The expenses for returning of goods purchased from filstar.com are on the client’s behalf.
Returning of goods
Every Client can return goods received by the Sender within 14 days period (counted from the day of the purhase) as stated in article 55 from the CPL (Consumer Protection Law). The products should not be opened (the package should not be damaged) and used. The goods should be returned with the receipt document for the order. In order to return a purchased product you should contact us on +359 884 742 185 or via the contact from here and we will inform you everything concerning the returning of goods and money. The expenses for returning the goods are on the client’s behalf.
Shipping goods outside the territory of Bulgaria.
Shipping abroad is arranged depending on the Client’s delivery address, the weight and volume of the shipment. After receiving an order with delivery address abroad filstar.com contacts the Client and informs him/her about the delivery expenses for the order. There are cases when a shipment cannot be sent to the requested destination.
After receiving information about the delivery method and expenses the Client should confirm if he/she would like to proceed with the order. Once the order is confirmed filstar.com will send instructions about the payment which can be made via PayPal or bank transfer. The shipment is sent after filstar.com receives the payment.
